Paul Demczak is the Principal of Batory Management, which is a boutique consulting firm which integrates urban planning and real estate consultancy. With over 10 years of Planning and Project Management experience, the current client base and scope of work extends across the Greater Toronto Area.

Paul is a Member of the Canadian Institute of Planners (MCIP) and a Registered Professional Planner (RPP) in Ontario. He holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Waterloo.


As a Project Manager and Urban Planner in the private sector, Paul has been responsible to manage and oversee the development process and the project team, market needs assessment, site selection, preparing development concepts, approval processes, construction cost monitoring, marketing, and final turnover/sale. 


Having worked as a Development Planner for the Town of Oakville and the Town of Whitby, he has managed development applications including official plan and zoning by-law amendments, plan of subdivision and condominium, site planning, consent and minor variance applications. He has also worked as a Planner in the Long Range & Policy Planning Division at the Town of Whitby. 


Paul has also provided expert witness testimony numerous times at the Environment and Land Tribunal on land use planning matters.
